Title	Letters to Dorothy Annan, including letters of condolence

Description	Personal letters to Annan, including letters of condolence following Tennant's death in 1980. The file includes a long letter from 'Austin' writing about having been deployed to a Scientific Research Laboratory in Suffolk during the Second World War (/1). He refers to having spent three and half years at Leamington, which suggests he may have worked as an artist in the Camouflage Directorate prior to being posted in Suffolk. Also includes a letter from John [Roberts?] informing Annan that his book of poetry his been printed (/2); letters of condolence following Tennant's death (/3-7); a letter from 'Betty' in which she writes about trips abroad and an American Sponge and Chamois Institute Convention in Bermuda (/8); and letters from John [Tennant] - possibly Trevor Tennant's brother or nephew – regarding collecting the works of Tennant's father, Dudley Tennant (/9-10).
