Title	Annan's correspondence related to pottery

Description	File of correspondence related to Annan's pottery. The file predominantly comprises letters from Sylvia Pollak, the Craftsman's Market buyer at Heal and Son Ltd, regarding the sale of Annan's pottery. Includes a letter from Pollak requesting that Annan does not sell her work to Eva Hauser of Hampstead (a rival outlet) as this was considered 'too close to the homes of a great majority of our customers' (/6): and a letter from Pollak announcing the closure of the Craftsman's Market (/7). The file also includes a manuscript letter simply signed 'Doris' outlining an idea for a coffee pot made to fit 'snugly' into a turned wood block, accompanied by a rudimentary sketch illustrating her idea (/12-13). A number of letters feature sketches of pottery by Annan on their reverse.
