| Description | This series contains detailed drawings, notes and sketches towards realised and unrealised works, including films, performances and installations. Some material includes detailed notes and introspective questioning by Dye. Much of the preliminary sketch material demonstrates Dye's continued reworking of ideas, themes and motifs. In some instances, the volume of sketches has necessitated the sampling of some files. However, the evolutionary pattern of his works is still clearly visible in these files, from preliminary sketches to fully formed ideas. |
