Title | Negatives and contact sheet labelled ‘Car horn keyboard’ |
Date | 1970 |
Description | Negatives originally held in a ‘Boots’ photo processing envelope labelled by Cripps in red ink, ‘Car horn keyboard. Corsham 70’. The images show an intricate network of wires, car horn speakers and a central console erected in the [canteen?] at Corsham. Accompanied by a corresponding contact sheet marked in silver ink, ‘Car horn Keyboard, Corsham 70. Diddy Bag’. The contact sheet appears to be a later print of the negatives produced by the Stephen Cripps Trust. It is marked on the reverse with the Cripps Trust Catalogue stamp and the number 37. |
Notes | According to notes by the Stephen Cripps Trust [see D/2], the wires connected to a series of speakers placed on the lawn outside the canteen. |
