DescriptionEleven strips of black and white negatives of a performance with Paul Burwell during a Jackson Pollock exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art, Oxford, 6 May 1979. The negatives were originally held in a glassine storage pocket marked ‘Heindorff’ in an unidentified hand. The images were taken by Michael Heinforff at various stages of the performance.
NotesAccording to the Stephen Cripps Monograph, Heindorff occupied an adjacent studio to Cripps at Butlers Wharf [See 'Stephen Cripps: Pyrotechnic Sculptor, A Monograph', published by ACME in association with the Stephen Cripps Trust, (1992). p.11]
