The file includes: a letter from G.J Green & Sons regarding the supply of scaffold, labour and materials (/1); letters from the Hampstead Artists' Council, of which Tennant was a member (/2-4); an invitation to the Opening Ceremony of Hatfield Technical College (/5); a series of letters, including an architect's plan, related to Tennant's relief for the Welwyn and Hatfield Hospital (/6-21); and a letter from a private client regarding the inscription to be carved on a headstone (/22). A number of letters related to Tennant's relief for Welwyn Hospital are annotated by Tennant with drawings, notes and calculations. |
