  <dc:title>Photographic postcards of Tennant's early sculpture</dc:title>
<dc:description>Photographic postcards of Tennant's early sculpture possibly created as a means of advertising his pieces. The majority of postcards are blank, though three are annotated on the reverse with the name of the piece and/or where the piece was exhibited. One postcard features a pencil sketch on the reverse of a female figure playing a musical instrument (/6). The sculptures are figurative pieces, some semi-abstract, in a variety of materials, including elm, yewtree and bronze. Identified pieces include 'Shouting Man' (/1), 'Male Torso' (/2-3), 'Venus' (/4) and 'Reclining Figure'(/5). </dc:description>
