Title	Manuscript notes made by Joan Moore on tailoring

Description	Joan Moore used the techniques she learnt in tailoring to make templates, like 'toiles', in paper or card from life drawings of animals. These were then used as the shapes from which the steel forms of her sculpture were cut, before enamelling and welding.
